Now booking Smallmouth bass trips save up to $50 if you book before June 15th.

Well I fished all week, we smoked the striped bass Monday to Wednesday with 36 fish, then Thursday and Friday the striped bass nite died, I think the fish were on spawning. Saturday morning I was not very optimistic but with a new day and new tides the stripers came back hitting. The morning trip we had a lot of bites, lots of fish to the boat but a lot more got away.?the stripers were a bit tricky on this beautiful morning on the Delaware River, but we got them.

The evening trip was much better with a steady striper bite though out the trip, but noticeably when the tide change the fish came by and were much bigger. 18 striped bass on the day the biggest being 16 lbs striped bass.

Water is 58 degrees, we have three cold days ahead of us in the low 50’s. Striped bass will be in the river for longer time this year.  If you want to book your June dates it should be a lot of fun!

Late May and June fishing is around New Hope PA or where the fish are.
