Deposit Policy

Every Trip requires a $100 deposit regardless if you have fished with us in the past or not. We have a strict policy to only hold fishing dates with paid deposits. During the spring we turn down more than 40 customer's a year do the high demand. 

What happens if I need to cancel a trip?


Trips Paid in Full 

A trips paid in full that has been canceled before the 21 days will recieve a ful refund. If the trip paid in full are  rescedule after 20-15 days before the trip the deposit is forfieted and balance is refunded. Trips that are no shows the day of  or cancellantions  10 days or less are not refunded or rescheduled. No shows  and short notice (10 days or less) the amount paid deposit or full amount is not refundedable. 

We are very fair and honest and we want you to go fishing and catch fish

 but I need to protect my business and the available slots, if I book the slot I will return your deposit. . 

What happens if it rains?

What happens if a lighting storm is in the forecast?

What happens if the river is blown out from rain?

What happens if I book a striper trip and its postpone and the run is over?
