Fishing when I should be relaxing

Today was my first day of in weeks. I still wound up fishing. When down creek which was packed with herring, large mouth, shad, bowfin, perch, carp and suckers. Live this time of year. Caught some nice large mouth but broke off a monster in the brush!

End up shad fishing late at 3:00 till about 6:00. Caught 42,hickory and American shad.
