Muddy High Water Bite Produce the biggest fish this season

The Delaware River has been getting pounded by heavy rains from Philadelphia to New York leaving the river swollen and high after the rain fall. As of now the conditions are just getting back to a fishable level. The muddy water makes it hard for the Smallmouth to feed and they get hungry after a few days of not eating. The key has been to cover a ton of ground, we won't catch incredible numbers of fish but we will or can catch some big fish.
